The new trainer in the gym here at school, OH MY GOD, HE IS BRUTAL. He made me do ten reps of these hanging situps-- from a PULL UP BAR-- and my abs are VERY, VERY SORE. Neji, you'd probably like this guy. BUT OH MY GOD. If that wasn't enough I did these butt exercises that just-- I didn't even know I had muscles in some of the places
